About me.
I joined Avaya in 2012 and became a B to B UX designer. At that time, online remote work had just emerged, and I was honored to lead the design of Avaya's important product, the User Portal meeting platform.
I joined Dell Technology in 2018 and started my next 6-year career. At first I worked for China Dell.com. My design about Product Details Page (B to C) redesign was fortunately adopted by Dell.com worldwide. Because of that, I was invited to join Dell global design team (Remote) and became the main designer of the dell.com shopping cart, and redesigned Dell.com Cart page.
3 years later, Dell's inclusive and diverse corporate culture gave me another opportunity to take on greater responsibilities. I became the design lead of Quotes platform which is one of Dell most important products. Because of these experiences and opportunities, I became a designer working on a multinational platform (both B2B and B2C). As a result, I mastered the most cutting-edge user research and design methods, and began to study and learn the similarities and differences in user experience in different countries. I enjoy this process, and I look forward to more opportunities to fine tune my design and user research skills and unleash my potential to design better products.
How I work.

As a product designer, my work covers several key areas aimed at creating excellent user experience and efficient product solutions. My responsibilities include:
Product Strategy: Work closely with the marketing team and product managers to develop product strategy and ensure that the design is aligned with market needs and business goals. This process requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and user needs to guide the design direction.
User Research and Data Analysis: Through collaboration with the analytics team, I conduct user research and data analysis to explore user behavior and needs and identify potential opportunities for improvement. Data-driven decisions can help us make smarter choices in the design process.
Flowcharts and Interaction Design: I am responsible for drawing flowcharts and creating interactive designs to visualize the user journey and optimize the user's interaction with the product. This step is crucial to ensure that the design is both intuitive and in line with user habits.
UI Design: In terms of user interface design, I focus on the combination of visual aesthetics and user experience to design an interface that is both beautiful and practical to improve user satisfaction.
It should be emphasized that the work of product designers has many overlaps with UX designers and UI designers. We all focus on user needs and are committed to creating a high-quality user experience. Although we differ in our areas of focus and methods, our ultimate goal is the same: to provide users with the best product experience.
What people say about me.
More.
I have many hobbies, such as piano, traveling and cooking... I spent three years (starting in 2017) from a piano novice to the highest level of piano. But I never thought of making money from piano. As a hobby, I am willing to keep it.
I like traveling. I have been to many countries: the United States, Australia, Japan, Spain, Thailand, Iceland, South Korea, Indonesia...
A rich travel life has allowed me to see different lifestyles and scenery in the world. It also brought different inspirations to my design.
